Studio Spaces Available in August 2010

With our recent expansion, we have two studio spaces available at our studios.

We’re looking for for serious, responsible, reliable and respectful working artists and/or grad level art students who seek an ideal inexpensive professional art studio environment with 24/7 access to work independently or collaboratively and share ideas, resources and networking with other resident artists. Our studio facilities and low rents are geared toward helping our resident artists develop, experiment, hone and expand their skills and crafts and increase self-sustainability as a working artist via exhibiting and selling artworks at shows, art walks, festivals, events and private commissions as well as various art related online sources.

We have a private studio room available in one of our buildings.

$310/month includes utilities
24/7 access
$300 security deposit

We also have a work/trade opportunity for someone who can assist our studio manager with studio maintenance. We’re looking for an all around handy person who knows their way around basic construction, plumbing, electrical, etc. and general facilities maintenance. You should have your own basic tools. Facility maintenance is pretty low key and mostly project specific so you’ll have loads of time to work on your art. In exchange for helping out our studio manager, we’re offering reduced rent for a fully enclosed outdoor private studio space.

$160/monthly plus work/trade as previously noted
24/7 access
Utilities included
$150 security deposit

Our private and shared studio spaces includes utilities. Shared facilities include 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, washer/dryer, large covered outdoor work area with work tables and storage, additional outdoor open work areas, slop sink and an assortment of tools. The studios are easily accessible. There is street parking and parking in a gated area is also available for an additional fee.

If you are interested in renting one of our studio spaces or would like additional info, please email us at 825art “at” gmail “dot” com.
